Todo impecable, moderno y muy cómodo. Cerca al malecón y también a una variedad de restaurantes y el barrio fue tranquilo y agradable.

Excelente ubicación. El departamento esta muy bien distribuido, limpio y la decoración muy bonita. Esta bien equipado y cumple con todo lo que ofrecen. El trato del dueño fue muy cordial y también de las personas que nos atendieron.

- Great Host: Franco is a super friendly Swiss German living in Lima and communication is fast, efficient and always very helpful. You gave us so many tips for things to do in places to eat. - the apartment is impeccable with modern appliances washer dryer, huge TV and tastefully decorated. The bed very comfortable as well. - the location is five minutes walk to the Malécon, a gorgeous park strip that runs for kilometers along the coast. I really enjoyed going there for my morning run. There are so many things to do their outdoor gyms, green luscious spaces to lay under. There are also some really nice restaurants in walking distance. - the gym and the pool on top are in great condition. There is also an outdoor seating area that is really nice to chill in the mornings with your coffee. - 24 hour concierge service

If you are sensitive to noise this might not be the right place. There is a busy road in front. It’s quiet at night, but it starts to get busy early in the morning on weekdays. With the windows closed I had no trouble sleeping, but I imagine this might be an issue for some people. Not a fault of the apartment, but just something to be aware of.

The place was clean. The entrance details and wifi were provided to me before I got there. Had a washer and dryer and full kitchen, both a big plus. Also having reception there 24/7 was wonderful

The room was loud. I was right outside the elevator and it constantly made noise. I could hear everything inside and outside the building. The description said there was a private pool and there was not. There was a single, non heated pool for the entire building. That was very disappointing as that was a big reason I booked this place. The bed was FIRM. If that's not for you, do not book. Also the room is really only big enough for one, maybe two. Tiny tiny bathroom.
