its a home away from home, the ambiant is superb, the host was very friendly and kind during our stay, my partner loves the koi fish and wanted to feed the fish as well. i will be booking the place another time again
the rainy weather couldnt allow us to explore much and thats down to the nature not the host

Very comfortable lovely room hot shower.
No control over the heating and got a bit cold. No tea making facilities have to use the kitchen where the owners also use so felt a bit strange but I’m sure others wouldn’t mind but it’s just not for me.

Great location for Brands Hatch 👏 comfortable bed. Huge television
Can't believe how expensive it was..! My mistake I thought I had booked 2 nights accommodation but on checking discovered just one night. £170 for one night not including breakfast. Small room
