Vacanze romane - Domus chic Trastevere - Marconi by Hôtea

Sijainti oli lähellä Trasteveren juna-asemaa. Lähistöllä oli paljon laadukkaita palveluita.

Asunnon vieressä oleva katu oli melko vilkas ja sieltä kuului hieman ääniä asuntoon. Ei silti häirinnyt meitä.

Very good location, close to public transport, city centre, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment is spacious and well equipped

1) Cleanliness - extremely dirty trays left in the oven, smell of mould in the apartment; 2) Noise - the bedroom is right next wall to the locals apartment, they like to watch TV. Even on low volume, you can hear everything from their living room. 3) Communication - we were accused of checking out late as the owner’s cleaning personnel could not find the keys we left (we left them where we found them). Before checking out we also received requests to tidy up the kitchen, even if we paid 70€ for cleaning. Also - I confirm that they provide only one paper roll per stay.

Propreté et confort. L’apart est nouveau, les équipements sont nickels et les lits confortables.

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très résidentiel, avec un immeuble et un voisinage plutôt agréables, ainsi que beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Cependant, la localisation peut être déroutante au début. Il n’y a pas de métro à proximité, seulement un train régional, le tramway et des bus. Pour rejoindre l’appartement depuis la gare, il faut traverser un passage souterrain où vivent des personnes sans domicile fixe. Même si cela ne semble pas dangereux, la situation peut être angoissante, surtout lorsqu’on est une femme voyageant seule. Aucune attraction touristique n’est accessible à pied, ce qui n’est pas clairement indiqué dans l’annonce. Concernant la gestion du logement, j’ai été très déçue. Un seul rouleau de papier toilette a été fourni pour trois personnes séjournant sept nuits. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, la personne en charge nous a répondu que ce n’était pas son obligation de fournir du papier toilette. Cela est difficilement compréhensible : il s’agit d’un produit de première nécessité, systématiquement fourni dans n’importe quel hébergement, même très simple. Ce point a fortement impacté mon évaluation.
