4BR2BA Farmhouse Private Deck Shared Games Room H2

The house was spacious with comfortable beds, heating in all rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Generous amounts of dishwasher tablets, soap, loo roll etc supplied. The view from the lounge and balcony is fantastic and we enjoyed walking down to the dam. The games room was a brilliant addition with air hockey and a basketball game as well as pool table, perfect for teenagers. Great location, close to lots of Bilpin attractions.

Dining table only seats 6 and the couch only seats 3-4, no other comfy chairs, which is odd for a house which sleeps at least 8.

The location, the green space, facilities like game room, the terrace looking onto the nature, the pond on the property, the building has 4 bedroom where 3 of them on the ground level and 1 room for 3 person on the lower level. Although we recevied many messages from the host, but generally most of them were for supportive notes.

The cleanliness of the property was an issue, we dealt with x2 frogs in the lower bathroom; while we were using no shoes inside the building, we all had dirty foot as the floor wasn't clean. In the kitchen, the washing machine was dirty, so we washed it by itself to clean it up, dinnerware were dirty (left food) so we washed them again, inside the cabinets were dirty. We also didn't like the camera in the porch, we understand the other cameras whitin the property, but the camera in the porch was not somehing pleasant for us.

Very peaceful, and beautiful nature, the Game room was perfect for kids and adults

Cleanliness 5/10, underground separate bedroom had spider webs and didn’t like the toilet. Also quite noisy came from rhe electricity room which was closed from a curtain. Bed mattress not comfortable
