The view, the quirky decor, the equipment
The arrival info: it should explain that it is inside Hotel Rosengarten, that the parking space 9 is in the corner of the car park, not space 9 opposite the hotel entrance.
Using same basin for washing and washing up is not ideal. The sink plug needs sorting as it will not retain water.

The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The view over the lake was amazing. The bike storage room was easy to access, we just had to lift the bikes up a few steps at the property entrance.
As noted in several other reviews, there was an incredibly strong artificial air freshener covering up the smell of stale smoke. Luckily we were there during a heatwave so we had all the windows wide open but it would have been unbearable if not.
