Nice room with comfortable bed. Shared bathroom but that was okay as I was the only guest.

Neighbourhood is a bit run down and parking difficult but fairly easy to get in to the city and up to Herne Bay or Whitstable.

I genuinely loved my stay here. I did not expect such a comfortable, quiet, and high-quality homestay experience. The house was very easy to find, with a beautiful and distinctive exterior. When I arrived in the evening, everything was peaceful and quiet. The host who welcomed me was an extremely kind, warm, patient, and considerate lady. She showed me the facilities carefully, chatted with me, and asked what I would like for breakfast the next morning. The room was spotless, quiet, and had no unpleasant smell at all. The bathroom was also very clean. I especially appreciated the large bottle of water and the clean kettle in the room, which was very thoughtful. The bed was soft and comfortable, the pillow height was perfect, and I slept very well. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful back garden. The window faced the garden, which was spacious, peaceful, and full of plants, vegetables, fruits, and terraces. It made the whole stay feel very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent as well. The host prepared a generous and delicious breakfast with coffee, yoghurt, eggs, sandwiches, and fruit. Having breakfast while looking out at the garden was a lovely experience. The host also gave me helpful travel suggestions and answered my questions patiently. Overall, this was one of the most comfortable and best-value homestays I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it.

J'ai été acceuilli très chaleureusement, je me suis senti tout de suite bien dans cette petite famille. Les 2 garçons sont très gentil, je ne les ai pas entendu. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait et copieux. Je me suis régalé. L'endroit un peu retiré du centre-ville ne m'a pas déranger, au contraire, j'ai pu serpenter dans les ruelles pour y admirer les villas et les parcs. Un endroit super calme.
