O Beach Class Summer é perfeito! Condomínio top. O proprietário entrou em contato e se colocou a disposição com prontas respostas. Acomoda 05 pessoas com bastante conforto. Sofá cama é excelente, cama é muito boa, TV, ar condicionado. Possuir um varal de pé é muito bom também. Possui liquidificador, Air Fryer.
Para ser perfeito é só fazer pequenas melhorias no apto. Fixar o vaso sanitário, colocar mais um gancho no banheiro. O que tinha, provavelmente quebrou recentemente.
