El lugar, la decoración y la construcción son hermosas.

Cuando rentas después de cierta cantidad de dinero un lugar los detalles son lo mas importante. Encontramos nuestros cristales llenos de polvo, literalmente hasta en las fotos se veía desde abajo hasta arriba el polvo en las fotos en cada una de las ventanas del lugar. Nos dijeron que harían limpieza y no se si fue porque era domingo simplemente no llegaron y cuando estas de descanso hacer tu cama y barrer el lugar no es algo que desees hacer, esperas que lleguen a refrescar tu cuarto y no sucedió.

The property is beautiful and it felt very relaxing and peaceful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The property manager was super helpful.

The architecture of the space was aesthetic, the interior space and space layout was also appealing.

The pool was not well-kept. We went in at night, and the hot tub and pool were filled with bugs. I mentioned this to the staff, and they said the bugs were attracted to the light and that the pool was cleaned on Wednesday. I did further research, and it seems that many bugs could be the result of an unbalanced pH. This prevented us from using the pool after that. Furthermore, the room facilities were not checked before we arrived, so we had no hot water for about a day and a half. Mind you, the owner lives on the property. We messaged her, but it was clear she did not want to be involved and was slow to respond. I had to prompt her several times to get the needle moving and to sort out the water. The facilities gentleman came by and said I should message him, not the owner, and that he had messaged me. He messaged me on booking.com to ask when I was arriving (I listed this during my initial booking), and the owner's number was given to contact in the message. Additionally, there was no housekeeping for all 4 days we were there. The tub outside had minimal flow, so the tub was just for looking at; we did not use it. They also have an electric lock system. We locked the handlebar during a nap, then got locked out of the room and had to go to the owner's house, because again she wasn't responding.
