La ubicación. Está a 5 minutos de las 3 playas de Benidorm. La calle tiene muchos bares de fiesta, hay que tenerlo en cuenta si se quiere evitar eso.
El tamaño del piso, muy pequeño. Pero en nuestro caso no era problema porque solo íbamos a dormir y poco más.
