La cabane du Cerf

Sehr gute Lage, gemütliches Chalet, in dem man sich sofort zuhause fühlt, gute Betten, super Whirlpool, sehr freundlichen und sympathischer Besitzer

Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine oder Bodumkanne, sowie eine Waschmaschine bei längeren Aufenthalten wären von Vorteil. Eine begehbare Dusche anstelle der Badewanne wäre auch super.

Verhuurder was super gastvrij en goed wat betreft communicatie!

Marc is a fantastic host. The house has a great rustic feeling, a great outdoor area, and plenty of room indoors. It is listed as having 1 bathroom, but when we arrived we found out that it actually has 1.5 bathrooms. This was a very pleasant surprise and it came in very handy because we had 4 people staying there. Most importantly: If you want to attend the F1 Grand Prix at Spa, the location is hard to beat. It took us 45 minutes to walk from the house to the Gold 3 grandstand at Eau Rouge, and it took people who traveled by car 3 hours just to exit the track on race day.

The bedrooms are on the top floor, and the beds are under the beams that support the roof. It would be very easy to bang your head against one of these beams if you get up in the middle of the night. We pulled all the beds forward to make sure that did not happen. But we still had to be very careful not to bang our heads on the beam that sits pretty low over the shower in the bathroom. It might be a good idea to cover these beams with some type of foam to prevent some pretty serious potential injury to guests.
