The apartment had everything we needed and more.

Location and cleanliness.
Small maintenance issue with AC. Owner very responsive and accommodating.

Well equipped, and fairly well maintained. The entertainment, cutlery, and upholstery were well taken care of. There were games for all ages. Both showers had all necessary amenities. The security features make you feel assured, though the first entry into the property can be a bit challenging, however the owner is helpful and a answers his phone promptly.
The 2nd bedroom was hot and the cooling system was not adequate to manage even 27- 30° C . The mattress in that bed room was not comfortable. Shower hoses are not available. The locality was not so good. The people at the nearby Maddington Central caused some unease and apprehension.
