It was well cleaned and matches the pictures 100%, staff responded to us quickly and AC was working properly. Every thing is near you because its main Street and the biggest in Matrouh
The only point that can be improved is a small ventilating fan in the kitchen as cooking can over power the room for a little bit, but otherwise all good.
Few other points to keep in mind, that are completly out of the studio's control :
1-Tab water is unusable and will stain your whites in yellow, which happens alot in Matrouh.
2-there's a coffee Shop near the building from the opposite Street (ahwa baladi) so for female travellers can be a bit awkward.

Étendoir à linge : cassé, impossible d’y mettre le linge.
Salle de bain : flexible de douche percé, faible pression d’eau.
Toilettes : l’eau s’écoule en continu après avoir tiré la chasse d’eau.
Porte d’entrée : ne se ferme pas à double tour depuis l’extérieur (problème de sécurité).
Propreté : vaisselle laissée sale à l’arrivée.
Odeur : forte et insupportable à l’étage.
