Locatia, suprafața, faptul ca are 2 bai generoase.
Unii din vecini au fost foarte zgomotoși, la 1-2 noaptea. Poate e ceva normal pentru Italia.

Die Wohnung war groß, sehr sauber, nahe am Zentrum. Abwicklung sehr unkompliziert und Hilfe gab es innerhalb weniger Minuten. Alles Top.

L'appartement était très propre, confortable et grand. Il est surtout bien situé dans le centre de Sassari.
Nous n'avons vu personne ni à l'arrivée ni au départ et n'avions pas la possibilité de nous garer dans la rue. Mais nous avons pu trouver facilement des places pas très loin.

Când am ajuns nici măcar nu era schimbată lenjeria de la oaspeții anteriori ,nisip pe jos …și un miros pregnant de mucegai .Am anunțat agenția și au trimis a 3 a zi la curățenie . Vecinii de sus foarte,foarte gălăgioși până târziu ,noaptea.
