Schöne Villen - angenehme Betten und reichhaltiges Frühstück-
Miserabler checkin - mussten 25 Minuten warten bevor wir Schlüssel bekamen. Null Info seitens des Personals über Frühstück, Villa, etc. Am Morgen beim Frühstücken genauso - kein einziges Mal nachgefragt wegen Kaffee oder ob alles in Ordnung ist. Desweiteren ist die Zufahrt zum Hotel sehr steil - diese Info sollte man im Vorfeld haben.

Stunning retreat tucked away - very peaceful and relaxing. Gorgeous rooms.
The staff have a lot to learn though. Service is slow, struggle with basic English requests in the restaurant. Breakfast is served 8-11 then woke up from a text at 8.15 to say it was being served at 8.30 - not handy. Wine tour was good, but came back off the boat tour to be left to our own devices - no one explaining the wine or anything.
