Fantastic location with views in multiple directions. Can walk to Tedder Ave dining and right on the beach.
The building is aging and the facilities are showing it.

Excellent location. Light and spacious well-furnished apartment overlooking the ocean.
Absence of instructions on how to exit the parking garage - other short-term rentals in the building no seem to suffer from a similar deficiency.

The view and location
Bed and pillows are very comfy
The bathrooms had mould in the tiles, the unit did not represent the photos online, the wind thru the windows was loud didn’t seem like them sealed properly.
