The view was amazing and the staff were very friendly.
Communication with the hotel was also great.
They can easily arrange transportation and any other assistance you might need.
However, the hotel is located on a mountain, so getting around can be quite difficult if you don’t have your own transportation.

Better than the pictures! The property is at a great location with a view of Mt Agung and the pool area looks wonderful! The staff is really friendly and helpful, they helped in arranging cab for us and were also able to arrange a rental scooter. The breakfast was also decent. We loved our stay here!
1. There is no power back up and unfortunately on our first night they had electricity issue in the area and hence no electricity for 3 hours, but other than that the stay was great!
2. Breakfast as well as restaurant menu could have a bit more options (esp in non-veg)- just a suggestion!
