המארחים היו מדהימים, בדירה מיזוג מעולה, אספקת המים והחלב סייעה מאוד, המקום נקי ומטופח, שפע שקעים ומרחב יעיל, לא חסר ציוד כגון שקיות אשפה, נייר טואלט וכו
אין חניה ייעודית, דלת הכניסה גבוהה מדי מה שגורם לעיתים לחרקים קטנים להיכנס, אירוע לא שכיח ולא משמעותי אבל טיפה מציק שקורה, מראה מעל הכיור במקלחת יסייע מאוד
