Localização ok, instalações novas.
Elevadores terríveis, extremamente demorados; Estacionamento pago (R$ 25 dia, poucas vagas e muitas delas presas); As bicicletas disponíveis para aluguel são uma vergonha, custa fazer uma manutenção básica? Freios que não funcionavam, bancos que não regulam a altura, vários componentes completamente enferrujados. É cobrado R$ 15 por 3h; O check-in é às 15h, cheguei 15:30 e meu quarto não estava disponível.
