L’appartement est bien situé grand pratique
La chambre du milieu n’est pas bien pour dormir, car la lumière passe à cause de la petite fenêtre du haut et des deux salle de bain à fenêtre, compliqué de dormir pour les enfants qui étaient dans cette chambre. Et dans la première chambre une porte ne se fermait pas correctement et grinçait…

Onestamente non potevo chiedere di meglio per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, la posizione è perfetta, ho sempre parcheggio a due passi. Dentro si presenta accogliente, moderna e spaziosa. Il terrazzino è grande, può non sembrare dalle foto ma gode anche di un'ottima privacy. C'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare e vivere la casa al meglio. Condizionatori perfetti, poco rumorosi e facilmente regolabili. 2 bagni ottimi, purtroppo uno senza bidet. I letti sono molto comodi, i cuscini anche. È anche insonorizzata bene, non sentivo rumori prima di andare a dormire. La casa è pressoché perfetta, fatico a trovare difetti.
Onestamente non trovo lati negativi, se proprio devo, le scale per salire in casa😅
