Very clean and comfortable, most things needed were provided. There was no sound from the neighbours. The location was great for what we needed. Host was very nice, patient and was great at keeping contact when needed.
Struggled to get enough hot water for 3 of us to use but there was also a shower so wasn’t a massive deal

Staff was excellently friendly and quick to respond to concerns. Apartment is just few minutes walk to sainsbury's and TK-Maxx. And very close to bus stop. It is one of the best Apartments my family and I have stayed in UK. Highly recommended for family and group.

Convenient location for driving in/out Manchester. Right by main roads. Facilities good - TV, kettle. They have tea bags for you as well. Contact quick to greet you.
Drains were clogged, pillows are v.cheap so didn’t have great sleep but bed comfy enough, carpet needs a deep clean, not sure the throws / pillows or bath mat have been cleaned for a while either. I’m not usually a clean freak but this did feel a bit grubby. Check in/out needs to be better, they don’t have a spare key so you need to keep two doors open to let yourself out and then run the key back to the room which is odd. Doesn’t seem to have a buzzer to let people in.
