localização no início da velha boipeba (muito próximo ao ponto das lanchas), tranquilidade e aconchego do lugar e recepção dos donos. também gostei da casa ter bastante luz e ventilação natural - por causa das janelas.
muita poeira embaixo dos móveis do quarto e poderiam ter disponibilizado mais de uma coberta (lençol) de dormir.

Estrutura da kitnet, ar condicionado gelando super bem, cama confortável, sendo uma de casal e outra solteiro, banheiro com bom espaço, um cozinha grande com geladeira e utensílios domésticos, uma linda sacada, com vista privilegiada para a rua. Além do café da manhã que eles vende, muito gostoso.
