Otto Trulli Apulian Country House

Posto spettacolare in mezzo alla natura.. consiglio questo posto a chiunque abbia voglia di rilassarsi e staccare dal caos della città. Il silenzio assoluto che c è è un qualcosa di rilassante e meraviglioso. Ritorneremo!!!

I cuscini e il materasso un po' scomodi,ma tutto il resto è perfetto. Dall accoglienza ,alla pulizia,al posto meraviglioso

Le cadre est magnifique, logements en forme de trullis, piscine extérieure, hamac, grand jardin, chaises longues, isolé dans les champs, climatisation, parking, petit déjeuner délicieux servis dans une pièce commune. Seul points négatifs le réseau wifi passe pas partout, et réseau 4/5g capte pas trop selon les opérateurs. Et il faut absolument du réseau pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre, cela passe par un site internet et ouvre la porte via votre téléphone, mais malgré la mauvaise couverture cellulaire, je n’ai pas eu de soucis pour ouvrir la porte, il faut jongler entre le wifi et la 4G. Et matelas un peu mou, mais reste confortablement . Mais je le recommande sans hésiter.

Het is erg mooi, schoon, rustig. De kamer prima en schoon. Heerlijke douche. De dames van het ontbijt en schoonmaak erg aardig.

Omdat er geen receptie is en geen voorziening zoals iets te drinken kopen, zou het handig zijn dat je en klein keukenblokje zou hebben op de kamer zodat je bijvoorbeeld wat voor de lunch kan klaarmaken. Het ontbijt was veelal verpakt en niet vers. Wat verse (afbak) broodjes zou fijn zijn en bijvoorbeeld een ei. De deur hadden wij moeite mee om met de app te openen. De code werkt beter, maar je moet weten hoe de draaiknop werkt.

In this house complex, do not expect much except for sleeping, showering and going out!! You are in Italy and you do not even have a kettle available to make some coffee. Not even a common boiler is available for hot water. Although on the paper available in the room, it was stated that a kettle can be asked for, when we did, the bfast lady told us no this is not possible. Rooms are clean and nice but super basic. We stayed for 5 nights and towels were not even changed once although the paper stated that extras will be provided for longer stays like ours. Furthermore, no cleaning service is available!! Can you imagine 4 families with kids and no cleaning is done? This was not stated on booking.com when you are booking, instead you will find a paper stating this when you arrive. As the name implies - OTTO TRULLI - when you book you will expect to sleep in a Trulli house but do not take this for granted - only rooms 2, 3,4 and part of room 5 is a Trulli. Rooms 1,6 and 7 are not!! Room 7 is actually like a basement. RIDICOLOUS!! Furthermore, there is no possibility of discussing anything with the owner/owning company. Questions asked via booking.com during the stay are simply IGNORED. You are provided with a telephone number, which we you call it, it is answered by a company in Sardegna!!!!! Totally unprofessional. Showering water system - hot water supply is very unstable and there where certain mornings where some rooms had no hot water supply Last but not least - prior our arrival, I enquired about option and was informed that it is 15euros per person . . . you arrive at the house and on the paper it is stated at 10euros per person - speaks for itself . . . scam!!
