La posizione è buona si possono raggiungere facilmente i vari paesi intorno. Si trova un pò isolato in piena campagna, se si cerca pace è perfetto. L'appartamento è grande, con tutti i servizi in dotazione incluso la moka per il caffe (che non si trova facilmente) e tutti i beni di prima necessità (zucchero, caffè, sale ecc ecc). un bello spazio esterno arredato per godersi pace e relax. Manca un tavolino alto e più nuovo. La signora si è mostrata gentile e disponibile, ci ha messo a disposizione la frutta direttamente dagli alberi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Da curare sicuramente un pò di più la pulizia dell'appartamento ed in particolare del verde esterno, visibilmente poco curato. Il bagno da rimodernare.
