Нова квартира, мебель, санузел. Все было чисто .
Слишком раннее время checkout-10.00, с учётом заезда (check in) в 16.00 получается 18 часов пребывания, вместо суток (24 часа) и даже доплата за "поздній " checkout не дает увеличения пребывания до 24 часов.

Aussicht ist sehr schön, Lage ist auch sehr gut in der Nähe vom neuen Eurovea Center im Business district. Größer Pluspunkt ist das kostenfreie Parken in einer sehr sauberen Tiefgarage. Grundsätzliche Ausstattung des Zimmers auch gut. Preis ist fair, vor allem mit vielen Hotels in der Umgebung verglichen.
Es hakt hier eher an den Details, die das Apartment mit wenig Aufwand viel komfortabler machen könnten: Kein richtiger Halter für den Duschkopf, man muss sich dementsprechend mit einer Hand abduschen. Kein Spritzschutz an der Dusche/Badewanne, also ist der Boden nach dem Duschen sehr nass. Kein Toilettenpapierhalter(?!), Matratze ist zu weich, Bett ist zu niedrig am Boden, Bettwäsche selbst könnte man etwas besser wählen (alles weiß und Baumwolle würde in diesem Fall am besten wirken). Eine Waschmaschine im Apartment wäre super, ist aber kein Muss, gibt auch keinen Abzug in der Bewertung.
