Casa Femes Piscina Climatizada

The property has everything needed to ensure a great holiday. It is very clean with many modern appliances, the outside is perfect for catching the sun and has a nice plunge pool for when the heat gets too much. The location is also a bonus as it is within easy walking distance of many good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. We hired a car but the bus (No.30) stops at the end of the road and goes to Playa Blanca town and seems to run on a regular basis. We have been to Lanzarote several times and this has to be one of the better properties we have rented.

Very nice house, was clean and very comfortable.

In the description of the house was information about heating pool but unfortunately when we ask the owner he said that there is some problem with heating machine and it’s not working. But we swim in the pool anyway 😂 so that doesn’t change my opinion about the house.

The house is nicely furnished and appeared to be well maintained. The beds deserve special mention: they were very comfortable, with good mattresses and soft, high-quality pillows, which we really appreciated. We also liked the barbecue, which was readily available for use. In addition, the washing machine and dryer were of very good quality and worked perfectly, which was very helpful during our stay. Furthermore, there is a street with shops and restaurants in very close proximity, which is convenient for daily needs and dining out.

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by the level of noise. The apartment is extremely poorly soundproofed, as it is part of a terraced house, which was not apparent from the photos. From the late afternoon until late at night, noises from the neighbouring units were clearly audible inside the apartment. This made it very difficult, and at times impossible, for us and our children to rest or sleep. While the host was responsive, this issue could not be resolved and had a major impact on the quality of our holiday. For families who value peace, quiet and restful nights, this accommodation is unfortunately not suitable.

Lovely comfy little villa, good restaurants and supermarket at hand. Short walk to watch the sunset.
