Location situated 10 mn walking from the road in gardens to reach a small room like in a horror movie

Small Ramshackle hut down many stairs deep down in the dark jungle next to water-fall.. Needs fixing
+The hosts were kind (they tried to get me what i asked for: an iron, hair-dryer, and storage for clothing I appriciated)
+ its possible to tan without insight from others which i liked
+ about 10min walk up to a busstop (Roland Dorgeles), at least one bus-stop nearby
+The sofa-bed is comfortable (but not really the sheets which were "clumpy")
+ Butterflies flying around, bird-singing from the forest makes it a bit tranquil during daytime
+ At least barely any insects, saw a small spider inside and under the bed what seemed cockroach but i hope it was not
+ The room were pretty clean from the beginning (but no cleaning was included then for my 10 days that I stayed)
+ Has warm water in the shower, electricity and wifi (but wifi is very weak and doesnt work sometimes)
+ Pretty calm and cozy place at times when construction ain´t on nearby or dogs aren´t barking (they often do)
+ Glad the hosts didnt disturb me too much, they were peaceful and friendly (but the owner barely speak english)
Arrived 8PM, was chocked by how many old stairs down the building was at. Had to walk like 5 minutes down with my Suitcases (25+10kg), in all fairness I got help to carry the light suitcase, but for each dark step I felt more and more afraid and hurt my ancle stepping wrong on a broken staircase.
The out-door is all off glass (which feels unsafe if someone would break in), and the little key had no key-chain.
The building is a ramshackle shelter, barely holding up. Right by the waterfall with dusty window without blinds - making it superlight early in the morning when sun goes up like 6.
I felt unsafe, and like anyone could get in to take my belongings, but tried to not think about it...
I had to ask for new water-kettle, it was dirty first, they cleaned it, but i didnt dare using it for tea. Wanted to buy a new portable one but couldnt find any in the stores so I was really missing tea.
Overall the out-place needs a refurb to have flat floors and more beautiful surrundings, the fake-green grass looks bad and there is a lot of dirt around.
Pool cold, didnt seem clean, I wouldnt dare go into it and catch a possible disease..
Wish there was a big safe so I wouldnt be afraid my things could get stolen when I´m not there,
I was scared every day cause the port-door were open to anyone to enter, should´ve been a password-code at least.
It´s very dark at night, you should not be terrified of darkness if living here, you need light on you phone to find the way.

A HUGE minus no Busses go from Monaco after 20:00 = you´re forced to take a taxi if out longer
Had to pay 1500 SEK / 150 Euro more for the exact same booking after it was auto-cancelled when I couldn't complete payment due to technical issues. Unfair.

Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos.
Está cerca de Mónaco pero no es cómodo ir caminando. Hay muchas escaleras y sobre todo volver al apartamento es muy duro. Durante el día hay autobús pero a partir de las 21h solo se puede llegar en taxi o caminando.

Juste la fraîcheur de l extérieur en cette période
Pas digne de booking . Cabanon arrangé le deuxième lit se trouve au dessus du plafond . Faut pas être clostro . Pour des vacanciers pas recommandé . Pour une seule personne qui travaille ça peut convenir et encore !
