No complaints whatsoever

Host had thought of everything needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Easy check in and key collection, very clear details regarding parking and entry/exit access (gate codes). Extremely easy check out and key return. All cupboards in the kitchen were clearly marked with exactly where to find glasses, plates and other items. Cooling units in the living room and bedroom were the cherry on top with the December heat. The unit was extremely comfortable and welcoming, and truly felt like home away from home. The host even ensured there were complementary toiletries and other bits and pieces available in the kitchen and bathroom that elevated our experience. Ideal for cases where you may have forgotten something when packing. The building / area was also nice and quiet, and other residents were respectful of noise levels in the evenings and through the night. I would absolutely book this accommodation again should I need to be in the area again in the future.

There is very very little that I can comment on that I didn't like or that didn't meet my expectations. Small minor points would be that I would have preferred additional bath towels be kept in the bedroom cupboard. There were plenty of hand towels, but would have liked the option to have more than one full size bath towel. The other minor point, which is purely based on personal preference, is that I did not like the utensils provided (knives, forks, spoons and tea spoons). Rather than standard silver stainless-steel utensils, the utensils provided were gold-coloured stainless-steel with oddly shaped forks and tea spoons. Again, this is entirely preference based, and did not impact the quality of my stay in any way.

Oh I loved everything about it. The host was so sweet, kind , loving and very accommodative. She made sure we're okay , settled and satisfied. The house was so clean 👌 🙌. The gym was way more than what we expected, a whole 10/10 . Oh you know what stood out the most for me, a personalized motivational picture on the wall with my name of it , I cried so bad because it's what I needed. This is definitely our second home , to more chec in and happy stay.
