Averona by Kozystay - Taman Sari

Clean, spacious apartment on 23rd floor ideal for us travelling with adult daughter. Nice having 2 bathrooms. Easy check-in, 24-hour security. Great location within 10 min walk to Old Town, good coffee shop out front for breakfast and a convenience store nearby. Tea, coffee, drinking water supplied. Nice pool in complex.

There was no internet in the apartment as the router was not set up for Kozystay. We alerted Kozystay immediately and were told they would resolve it quickly but we were there 2 days and nothing happened. No-one came to sort it. That has very much been my experience with the customer service department of Kozystay; they acknowledge your issues but do nothing to resolve them. We were given a Wifi code for the apartment next door which only worked in the master bedroom as the signal was so weak, which was not ideal for our daughter. Also I don't like that Kozystay demands a refundable deposit for any stay through them - no-one else we booked with through Booking.com asked for extra money on top of the rental cost.

Direi che per gli standard indonesiani dove spesso alcune cose non funzionano per varie difficoltà oggettive, questo appartamento ha superato ogni aspettativa. E' molto grande, con due camere e due bagni e funzionava tutto. Molto gradito il dispenser per l'acqua potabile sia calda che fredda. Al piano di sotto c'è un mini market molto utile.
