About this apartment rental

In our newly built apartment building, you’ll stay in one of our first-class, fully furnished apartments that meet the highest standards. Features such as electric roller shutters, insect screens, and excellently insulated windows, walls, and soundproof doors guarantee a quiet and comfortable stay in our building. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances.

Two separate bedrooms offer plenty of space for 2 adults and 1–2 children. Alternatively, you can use the smaller bedroom as an office. There are plenty of electrical outlets available.
In the evenings, relax on your private balcony or terrace, or enjoy the shaded areas in our communal garden.

Free parking is available on our property.

The total price includes all utilities as well as free internet, TV license fees, regular linens changes, deep cleaning, building maintenance, and mail service.

We’re happy to assist you on-site with any requests or questions you may have.
