Great location! This cottage had the right amenities, easy access to the beach and the beautiful sunsets and the hosts were great! It is an older property so the old Florida charm was a great surprise!

Kelly was absolutely phenomenal when it came to communication and the pictures and descriptions were spot on for the property. My husband and I chose the villa due to it's close proximity to our wedding venue and we couldn't have chosen better. We definitely plan on visiting again in the future. The place is gorgeous, has everything you need, and the hosts are amazing! Definitely recommend!

This place is so relaxing and very clean. It has everything you need. The only issue we had was we were told we could check in any time after 3:00. The code we were given did not work. One of the housekeepers gave us their code to get in. The host responded 2 hours later. Also, there was a commercial dumpster parked in front of the garage. The host had been told all was clear on a work in progress and assumed it had been moved. We were reimbursed 10% of our payment, for the inconvenience of having to dodge tree limbs to get inside, and the dumpster was removed before we had to leave the next day so we were pleased. If I ever return to this area I will definitely try to stay here.

Property was very clean. Beach is literally a 2 minute walk, pool was 30 seconds. Kelly was quick to respond. Go, you will not regret it.
