Inside, the open-concept layout offers a breezy, spacious vibe that makes gathering easy and effortless. The fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher!) flows into an inviting dining area, and each of the five boho-chic bedrooms includes a TV and air conditioning for personalized comfort. Lounge in the gorgeous living room after a long beach day or challenge your crew to a game of pool, air hockey, ping pong, or foosball at the game table.

Our private backyard oasis features a sparkling pool with built-in bench and spa, lush tropical greenery, two plantain trees, and our beloved pineapple pleasure mango tree in full bloom. Chill beneath the custom pergola, grill out at the outdoor BBQ kitchen, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or lounge on the swing beneath the mango tree while soaking in the shade and island breeze. The custom boardwalk adds playful Jersey Shore vibes, and there’s ample seating to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and soundtrack of Puerto Rico—coquí frogs, ocean breeze, and distant music floating on the air.
A stunning mural by a local Puerto Rican artist adds soul to the space, celebrating the island’s beauty with symbols like the sun, tropical florals, and historic El Morro.
Need to freshen up after a beach day? We’ve got a brand-new washer and dryer, plus a fully stocked beach closet with towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.
Best of all, the beach is just a 2-minute drive or a short, scenic walk away. This is one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! Ruben and Stephanie were beyond accommodating! They helped us with a personal chef service, restaurants to go to, best beaches soo close to the home. They gave us wonderful tour suggestions there is soo much to do in PR! They answered our questions within minutes! The pool is immaculate. Mango trees in the backyard, a new grill. The home is very clean with all amenities you need. Plenty of living space for a large family of 10. Couch is very comfortable. Large eating area and table that fits 10! Beautiful breakfast eating area outside. Very safe neighborhood, boys hoofed and played at the basketball courts. Bathrooms are large & stocked with any items you may need. Rooms have blackout curtains and are very cool, we slept in most days very quiet and comfortable sleeping. Air conditioning, fans all work perfectly. We did rent golf carts ample parking space for them and easier to bring beach chairs, ample parking at beaches too. Casino at Embassy Suites is nice & small, enough to get the experience but not overwhelming! There’s a supermarket a golf cart ride away, takes a few minutes. Walmart delivery as well. Walgreens walking distance. I highly recommend staying here we will be back!!!!!
