We are a family of 27, 15 adults and 12 children, and rented for the three day weekend. The house was very clean and accommodated all of us quite well. It’s big and there’s a lot of room so no one felt cramped even during dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and the island provided more seating. The house has a media room which was perfect for the mix of children. The grounds are great. The kids were able to explore the small pond, and although they had wet feet, loved every minute. The hot tub was also a hit with the older ones. Everything was very clean. Linens, toiletries, and paper products were provided. A nice touch!All of my communications were with Jasmine. She was quick to get back to me, polite, and easy to work with.Would recommend this vacation rental to anyone, especially large groups. We hope to return!-Linda
