This unique listing includes two separate but adjacent residences, both completed in December 2024 with a strong emphasis on design, comfort, and function:
1/10A: A spacious open-plan layout with high-end furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and panoramic windows showcasing uninterrupted lake and mountain views. Two generous bedrooms and two designer bathrooms provide comfort for families or couples.
Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1 - 1 King Sized Bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and wall heater.
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds, wall heater, shared access to hallway bathroom.
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes upon arrival.
2/10A: Equally stylish with its own private entrance upstairs, a modern kitchen, and a relaxed living space ideal for kids or extended family. It also features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and its own stunning views.
Please note: The Spa is on the patio outside of the Master Bedroom.
Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1 - 1 King Sized Bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, wall heater and private access to a patio with your very own spa.
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds, wall heater, shared access to hallway bathroom.
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes upon arrival.
All bedrooms have custom built-in wardrobes that include a suitcase rest and abundant storage for effortless organization.
Ideal for families or groups, these two connected apartments comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, offering the perfect balance of space, privacy, and togetherness. Enjoy internal access between both units, plus dedicated ski, hiking, and bike storage—with drying closets in each garage.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
