About this apartment rental
Our non-smoking apartment features a simply equipped kitchen with a toaster, electric kettle, small coffee maker, microwave, and stove. In the living room/bedroom, you can watch TV and read. The sofa bed has a sleeping surface measuring 140 x 195 cm. (A mattress topper can be provided upon request. Please let us know!) The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower.
You’ll also find
- freshly made bedding on the sofa bed
(additional bed linens: 10 euros each)
- hand towel
- shower towel
(additional hand and shower towels: 5 euros per set)
- A small selection of tea and spices
- Ground coffee for the first few days is also available
- Information on places to visit and events
Since we don’t have any pets ourselves, we don’t provide pet supplies such as water bowls or other dishes—and you’ll need to bring your own. The nearby forest offers a place for your dog to run around. It goes without saying that you must pick up after your dog—this is mandatory. Please bring appropriate bags for this purpose. These can and should then be disposed of directly in our general waste bin by the garage.
Dogs are charged at 5.00 per night per dog and must be registered in advance—confirmation from the host is mandatory! Please register your pets immediately after booking! Payment is due in cash upon check-in.
Your pets are not permitted to use the armchair, couch, or bed. If they do, please place your own blankets underneath them. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you a special cleaning fee of 30 euros.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible to people who rely on wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids, as there are several steps (some of which are uneven) leading up to the apartment. Also, the windows cannot be blacked out. Wild animals may walk along the stairs, triggering the motion-sensor lights.
Welcome to the Harz relaxation oasis on the outskirts of Bad Lauterberg (approx. 3 km from the city center, approx. 1 km to the bus stop) Our accommodations are waiting for you and could be the starting point for your vacation activities!
From here, you can set out on hikes or bike rides through nature, or take a stroll through our spa town with its charming restaurants and shops. Destinations further afield, such as the Brocken and other cities worth visiting, are also easily accessible.
Here you have the opportunity to relax and unwind.
A grill is also available upon request.
