Interior is 6440 sq. ft., with terraces, balconies and gardens there is over 11,000 sq. ft.
The best and most incredible view of Medano Beach
and Land's End, right in the heart of Cabo san Lucas 5 bedrooms, all with oceanfront view, (sleeps up to 12 persons.) All windows have automatic black-outs and electric shutters Bathroom and Jacuzzi in master bedroom with magnificent unobstructed oceanfront view. Another 3 bedrooms with Jacuzzi in bathrooms. Large terrace with its swimming pool and awning for shade with an oceanfront view. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 subzero refrigerators, standard oven, dishwasher, etc. Dining and living with a spectacular view of Land’s End. Fully equipped gym with treadmills and all kinds of exercise equipment with bars and free weights. Fully equipped computer with internet access Family room with wide screen T.V. connected to Direct T.V; stereo, minibar, DVD, VCR, Icemaker, pool table and mini wine cellar for 20 bottles. Beautiful garden with Tuscan Pavilion and 2 fountains painted by European artists. Many trees and palms are ideal for reading, meditation and entertaining. Large state-of-the-art library with minimalist aquarium, table for card games, and ceiling-painted and decorated by European artists. Original paintings on all the walls.
