About this apartment rental
This inviting, historic home is situated in the most walkable, friendly neighborhood in the city. Just around the corner are loads of quality restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, a park, and easily accessible public transportation. Fiserv Forum and Baird Center are only a block away, making this an ideal location for people in town for business or pleasure. Cozy, peaceful, and outfitted with every convenience in mind, this Flexhome will make you feel right at home.
The space:
This apartment was created with comfort and ease in mind. In-unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen for baking or cooking almost anything, cozy corners to curl up with a book, fast WiFi, and table space for meals.
The space sleeps two with a comfy queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed.

Self check-in, smart TV with Airplay, high-speed Wifi, dining table, resident lounge and roof deck, co-working space, and fitness center
Location:
- In the heart of the Deer District just one block from both Fiserv Forum and Baird Center
- Also walkable to Pabst Theater, Marcus Performing Arts Center, 3rd St. Market Hall, and countless restaurants and bars
Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing. For reserved parking, we recommend Journal Commons Garage, 332 W State Lot, and Usinger Lot
- Street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood: metered parking with 2-hour time limit from 8am-4pm Mon-Sat, metered parking with no time limit from 4pm-9pm Mon-Sat, and free parking with no time limit on Sundays (use MKE Park app to remotely pay the meter)
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. More info here: https://city.milwaukee.gov/Parking/ParkingPermits/Online-Night-Parking-Permission-Request
Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability
House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces (150 USD fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

This was one of the best VRBO's we've stayed at in MKE. We will def be renting here often! Def more for 2 people vs 3 unless the 3rd person is smaller and can do a smaller couch. My son is 6'2 and wouldn't have worked for him so he stayed at our daughters. Can't beat the location! Walls are pretty thin as we could hear people plain as day in and out of the neighboring units but was during regular hours so not a problem for us. Bed wasn't great...but for one night it was fine. Well appointed, very clean, newly updated and felt very modern with that cool window!

Everything was great. I would just add parking for stays. Otherwise no complaints. Highly recommended for 2!
