The holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained apartment building directly on the beach in Holnis. It can accommodate a total of 6 people. The property is on the 1st floor. The bright and very spacious living room offers a large dining area, a comfortable sofa corner, and two armchairs. A wood-burning stove completes the cozy furnishings and offers wonderful vacation days with a stunning view even in the colder months. The balcony is furnished and, like the living room, offers a direct sea view. The beach is directly in front of the holiday home. The kitchen (which will be completely renovated in May 2023) is integrated into the living room and has everything guests need for self-catering. A dishwasher is available (from June 1, 2023). The bedroom on the 1st floor is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe and is located at the rear, overlooking the Holnis meadows. It also has a small balcony. The second bedroom is located in the open attic and is accessed via a staircase located in the living room. This upper sleeping area is open, like a gallery. It is also equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. Two large skylights and the gallery provide plenty of light. There are also two armchairs and two sofas available here. These can also be used as sleeping space for two additional people. The shower room on the first floor is bright and has a daylight window. A private parking space is located next to the holiday home.
