Only registered guests are allowed. No events or parties. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
4. No Pets
Pets are not permitted.
5. Linen and Furniture Care
Towels are for in-home use only
No eating in bed
Avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothes
6. Plumbing Care
Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Use trash bins. Any plumbing damage may result in additional charges.
7. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property.
8. Parking
Free parking on premise.
9. Trash: Use the designated trash bin during your stay.
10. Security: Security cameras located outside for your safety.
