Provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear, the deposit is 100% refundable. The exact deposit amount will be confirmed after booking. -PLEASE NOTE: The second bathroom is on the west side of the home and separate from the house. Together with the laundry room.

This was a great short-term getaway for me, my wife and my mother. Plenty of room in a clean environment in a great location. Communication with the owner was very good. They answered messages quickly. A couple of minor issues with batteries were addressed quickly and without disturbing our stay. My only concern was the provided Miami Dolphins backpack cooler. Would have preferred an Indianapolis Colts one!! But in all seriousness, the provided amenities were spot on for our intentions. Thanks for helping make a great trip!

We really enjoyed all the activities around Lake Worth and surrounding areas. We couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay and a wonderful hostess. Looking forward to going back again in the future.
