• Check-out is by 10:00 AM
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property
• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted
• Guests must follow the maximum occupancy and house rules throughout their stay
After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver. The rental agreement must be signed and we must conduct an ID check before providing check-in details.
Professionally managed by Bespoke Stay, with professional cleaning between reservations and guest support available throughout your stay.
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or events—let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy!

Pet friendly. You need to go through a bedroom to get to third floor where the ceilings are low. Living room was not set up for comfortable chill time. Safe house but got yelled at by neighbors (possible drug dealers) for parking in front of their house... on the road.... where it is public parking and no driveway to block. Good value but definitely has some drawbacks to be aware of.

This house was not as advertised. BedroomsYes, it has 9 places for people to sleep. However, it’s divided up so that you’d better like sleeping with lots of friends and little privacy. There’s one private bedroom with a king bed, one private bedroom with a twin bed, one pass-through bedroom with a queen bed, and an upstairs attic with two twin beds. The only way to the attic is walking through the queen bedroom.Additionally, the beds had only a bottom sheet, no top sheet. Most of the bedrooms had flimsy or inadequate curtains that could let people outside see in.BathroomsThere are 3 bathrooms, but there’s only one on the same floor as the bedrooms. There’s one tiny powder room on the ground floor, and the final bathroom is an enclosed Pittsburgh toilet with shower in the basement. That shower was so full of bugs and nastiness that we didn’t ever touch it.The upstairs bathroom clogged easily and we had to unclog it ourselves.Additionally, there was about 1 towel per person, and each towel was tiny and worn out. There were no spare towels anywhere.Finally, there was not much spare toilet paper. Good thing we were sparing with our usage.HeatThe house has combined AC/heating units. However, they never produced any heat. For the duration of our stay, the house never got over 63 degrees inside, and everyone was freezing all the time.Overall QualityIf there was a cheap way to do it, they did it. Absolutely everything was low-bidder, worn out, and uncomfortable.
