FRITZ21 is chic, cozy, and right at the top!
With a fresh, energetic stride, you’ll climb the outdoor stairs to your very own rooftop terrace. Perfect for our favorite moments—breakfast and sundowners in the fresh, crisp sea air. Simply wonderful and a genuine recommendation from the bottom of our hearts. Feel free to take inspiration from this.
The interior design concept and floor plan are perfectly tailored for people who love to have a good time.
A bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with exterior windows and a spacious shower area are located in the quiet zone of this cleverly designed vacation rental. Beyond the stylish open kitchen area—which is high-quality and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare healthy, delicious vacation meals and your favorite dishes—lies the open living-dining area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a private rooftop terrace.
There’s a bike rack on the property for any bikes you bring along. A parking space is included with the apartment and is available for the duration of your stay.
Cooking together, enjoying delicious meals, watching a favorite movie, having a game night, really unwinding, taking a leisurely stroll along the Baltic Sea beach—oh FRITZ21, we already love your charm and can only recommend to everyone out there that you treat yourself and your favorite people to a few wonderful days filled with plenty of moments of pure enjoyment.

We’ve booked through Quartierfreund many times before and have been thrilled every single time—including with the apartment we stayed in this time. It was perfect for three people and more than adequate.
The highlight was definitely the beautiful rooftop terrace that wraps all the way around the apartment. This meant we had sun both in the morning and in the evening and could really enjoy our time outside. Simply wonderful!
There is one small drawback with the shower: Unfortunately, the water pressure is a bit too low, and since there’s no shower door, the area in front of it gets quite wet while showering and has to be wiped dry afterward. A tray is provided, but a shower door or partition would certainly be a nice improvement here. Aside from that, the apartment was perfect for us, and we felt very comfortable. We’d love to come back!

The vacation rental was an absolute stroke of luck; it’s highly recommended, especially for couples with a small child. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: Everything is well thought out and child-friendly, from the child-safe environment to the beach toys provided. The apartment was clean and very well-maintained, which immediately created a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. The location is also ideal. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation. We were so thrilled that we booked again right away for next year.
