This charming 3-bedroom cottage offers all the comforts of home, making it a great fit for business travelers, couples, families, or small groups of friends. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Sackets Harbor, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the lakefront.
BEDROOMS:
The home has 3 queen size bedrooms, all located off of the central living room. TV`s are located in two of the three bedrooms.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a blow dryer, and towels.
LIVING ROOM/ KITCHEN AND DINING:
The open concept space allows spending time with those you love easy. Quartz counters and a large farmhouse sink set the stage for the fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 dining spaces at the eat in kitchen island and 2 across the living room. The living room features a smart TV.
EXTERIOR SPACE:
Cozy up on the semi enclosed deck with greenery all around. In the back yard, there is a wood firepit with 6 chairs. There is a gas grill with propane provided. 2 bikes are provided for your use making it easy to explore the historic battlefield, view Lake Ontario, and easily get to downtown.
Please view rental agreement before booking. Host holds $500 security deposit for incidentals prior to check out. Pets allowed. Max of two pets and $200 pet fee.
