Great place to spend your time in Antigua with friends and family, this renovated two bedroom Villa on the water is located in the South Finger of the gated community of Jolly Harbour, with tennis courts, pool, golf course, market, beach bar and restaurants.
One of the most famous beach of the island, Jolly beach, is just behind the corner, while within 10 minutes by car there are a lot of wonderful beaches you can discover.
Two en suite bedroom both with a/c, ceiling fan and terraces with sea view.
The kitchen is fully furnished and the living room is big and breezy with A/C and mosquito net everywhere.
The outdoor space on the water with table, chairs, lounge chairs and the barbecue grill is ideal to dine outside and to relax.
Golf cart available with an additional fee of 25 usd per day.
Cable Tv and reliable Wi-Fi.
Crib and high chair available upon request.

We had a wonderful time at this villa in Jolly Harbour in Dec 2025. The villa is great - clean and bright and well equipped for a family: enough plates and cutlery for a family of three. It’s located in the South Finger of Jolly Harbour - so only about 5-7 mins walk to the beautiful beach. Francesco and Korin were great hosts and were always available if we needed to sort small things out (eg changing a light-bulb or batteries in the AC remote). Overall this was our best stay in Antigua ever! Thank you, Francesco and Korin for a wonderful stay!
