The cabin captures both close up views and sounds of the river wildlife, flowing waters, reversing falls, woodlands, fields, seals, otters, waterfowl, eagles, turkeys, deer & more. Explore 12 mile Bagaduce River by kayak, relax on your wrap around deck, or walk the neighborhood roads lined with apple trees, pasture and forest. Enjoy both the shimmering seawater or glimmering lights that come from the "bottle wall" or cast iron gas stove. Features LR & KIT, Queen BR & ¾ bath, deck with grill, table & seating, kayaks & gear. This location is very central to enjoy all the communities of the Blue Hill Peninsula or trips to Bar Harbor, Acadia, Belfast and more.

This cottage was truly lovely, comfortable and with an absolutely beautiful view. Barbara was an excellent host. I intend to book here again five star for sure.

The cottage setting was so beautiful, there were lots of peaceful areas to walk, my dog loved to be down by the water. There was a tree house that gave even better views of the water. The cottage was cozy and clean, very warm & inviting. It was too cold in April to kayak, but we hope to come back in the warmer months and get on on the water. Blue Hill is a short drive and offers different varieties of restaurants. Thank you Barbara!

Without question our stay was one of the best we have ever had. The SeaRiver Cabin was exceptional in comfort and cleanliness. It was just right for two people. It was pet-friendly. The Host was more than helpful in checking in and giving advice for good restaurants.
