Beautiful, Lakefront retreat on Lake Champlain! Escape to this 3 bed, 3.5 bath, 5500 square foot luxury
home for your next vacation! Enjoy stunning lake views from the panoramic deck and two screened in
porches. Outfitted with all of your kitchen needs - double oven, farm sink, microwave, toaster oven,
and stocked coffee station. Spend hours of family fun time in lower level game room with ping pong,
air hockey, pool table, 1976 pinball machine, and foosball. The vibe is naturally set with a live edge
wet bar with fridge, gas fireplace, vintage neon bar lights, and jukebox filled with hundreds of classic
songs of all genres. The sloping green lawn leads you to the outdoor staircase along the stream that
runs directly into the lake, where you can find a private deck, 50 ft dock, and a mooring with a dingy.
Before you head down, stop in the life-jacket room to borrow from a selection of life jackets and towels
that are bound to fit the whole family.

This rental is top tier. The views are absolutely stunning and location is beautiful. So serene. I can’t express how spacious and gorgeous this home is. The house was spotless, comfortable, and full of really fun items. The pebbles on the lakeshore beach were perfect for skipping. We loved staying here - highly recommend!

The property is beautiful. We were so fortunate to find this home. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and didn't get to enjoy the house nearly as much as we would have liked. ( the girls wanted to stay at the house and skip the tournament) The house was clean and welcoming. A very nice retreat with plenty to do to keep you busy. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place!
