Unit 103 is the smallest option floor plan and is on the ground floor, middle unit. Each unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
Each two-bedroom unit offers over 1,050 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, featuring brand new furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and access to an outdoor pool and fitness center. Up to 2 dedicated parking spots are included with your stay, with additional parking available upon request.

2nd bedroom: - 2 single beds
Livingroom: - queen sofa
Located just minutes from the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk and beaches, and within walking distance to popular festivals, seafood restaurants, crab houses, and shopping outlets, Seaside Village places you at the center of the area’s best attractions and activities. All beds have pillows, and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

We had a wonderful experience staying at this rental. The apartment was clean upon arrival. The linen company leaves a bag full of cleaned and sealed bathroom towels, hand towels, washcloths and kitchen towels too. There is a second bag sealed with fitted bed sheets, flat sheet and pillow cases for each bed in the rental and labeled for each bed size. The photos are exactly as the place appears. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials needed. There is a grounds crew available should you have any issues with the rental during your stay. This is a great location where you are close to anything you need but just out of the way of the madness of the area and you can enjoy some quiet in a safe area.
