The open plan corner kitchen, is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware, as well as a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffeemaker and microwave oven.
The living space opens on to a large veranda, which wraps around the two sides of the studio, with a dining table for 6 persons and views of the city and the mountains.
It's ideal for a stay of 3 persons or of a couple with 2 kids.

The studio is located on Mavromichali street, in the central Athens district of Neapolis, near Alexandras avenue. It’s a typical Athenian residential neighborhood, where everything you need is just a few minutes away.
On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find a cozy Italian grocery store-café, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine along with a small bite to eat. A pharmacy is located just across the street, while a supermarket and a small traditional Greek taverna are only a 2-minute walk away. Several coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and a variety of other stores are also within a short walking distance. Bus station is around the corner.
Just a 5-minute walk to Kallidromiou street brings you to the weekly Saturday street market (laiki), offering fresh fruits, vegetables, and a variety of local food products directly from producers and farmers.
In the summer, there are two open-air cinemas in the neighborhood, just 2-3 minutes away on foot.
