This unique property is located in the exclusive residential area of San Eugenio (Las Americas), Adeje.
The villa is made up of 3 plots, the top bbq area, the huge pool area and the main house with the penthouse on top.
The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms, Big kitchen and lounge area.
The penthouse is a studio with a full bathroom and kitchen that also has another bed in a small room suitable for a child.
This is a 3 floor villa in total: The entrance, the first floor and the penthouse.
All the spaces and amenities listed above are all private and only for you,
the only off limits space is the garage and the pump room.
I like giving them space but i’m here for when they need me!

Everything can be reached with a very short and cheap taxi ride.

After 11pm there can`t be any music or shouting outside. Inside is fine to an extent with the doors and windows closed as they are all triple glassed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Surf Villa. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. The kids loved the chill out zone and table tennis. They loved the pool table too, located at the front making a good meeting point before heading out.
The villa is in a great location near San Eugenio and Playa el Bobo. The road it is on is pretty steep but manageable for us even with a pushchair. Great shout having a beer pump for the bar!
Only recommendation would be to add A/C to the main kitchen/living area.

Very good mgt all the way through the stay with the owner always there to help. Facilities top class and great for a family or Friends trip. Looking to stay again!
