Just minutes from Valparaiso University, Downtown Valpo, and Indiana Dunes National Park, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and fun.

This listing is for the main house on a shared property. There is a separate guest house next door, located at the back of the lot, which may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
𪾠Each unit has its own private firepit, and the upper deck and fire table are for the exclusive use of the main house. However, some areas of the backyard, such as the lawn and walking paths, may be shared.
đ Out of respect for others, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels low, especially in the evening.

The house was nice but we were not prepared to share the back yard and driveway with a stranger. The furniture was all very beautiful but very uncomfortable to sit in. Not a good area to sit and watch TV or chat. Kitchen and bathroom both very well stocked. Washer and dryer was nice to have, as well as plenty of bathrooms.

Everything was great - plenty of room to stretch out - great backyard for our dog. The neighborhood was perfect for an evening stroll. Yhe house was very clean and supplied with all dishes we needed to whip up a quik meal! Thank you for hosting a great place!

Very nice stay. Space was very comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Host was great. Went out of the way to provide a dryer that had died right before we arrived. Super appreciated since it was the first stop for us on a longer trip. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.
