650m to bus station, shops, and restaurants. Driving 10mins to YVR, 15mins to Granville island, 20mins to downtown and cruise port.

It was a very pleasant place to stay. It's a short walk to a transit line where you can bus to the Canada Line skytrain (to Marine Drive station to be specific). This allowed us to explore Vancouver easily, which is what we were looking to do during our stay.

The positives: This suite is clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed and plenty of on-street parking. We drive a big truck and had parking right in front of the home.
Some suggestions: I was in communication with the owner and made a few suggestions to improve the over all stay. I realize that for some people, these things might not matter, but I did suggest they consider putting in a TV, adding some dish cloths and towels in the kitchen (there weren't any when we stayed there and we did use the dishes for coffee and breakfast) and improving on the quality of the bath towels. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower but no facecloths available. The owner was very open to these thoughts and if we are ever in the area, we'd stay there again.

This accommodation is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. There is street parking always available in front of the vrbo. It is within walking distance of a cafe which we often took advantage of. Access to the unit is easy and secure and the unit itself is clean and well-appointed. This was our second stay and we look forward to staying here in the future.
